A fun place to be in Mwanza with a very affordable accommodation. The views are fantastic and it is family friendly.It can get a busy during the day, mornings are quieter. The neighborhood is also nice and quiet, ideal for a jog/run in the morning.The hotel rooms could do with some maintenance. There is room for improvement on customer service.

Beautiful place, but Joseph the waiter tried to cheat us by claiming our food had suddenly become more expensive than what it said on the menu after we had finished dinner and saying he told the chef to make a double portion that we did not order.

Location is outstanding. You get to enjoy a view of lake Victoria and it is just a walking distance to Mwanza CBDHowever, room services needs to be improved. The rooms are not that attractive.

The grounds are amazing and beautiful. The registration/check-in process was not very smooth. The rooms (once we got in) were very nicely eqipped. The food was mediocre and the restaurant itself was poorly tended with dirty tables. They do have a convenience store with good hours. Very busy place with weddings and parties and photography sessions so not the place if you are looking for peaceful and serene. But the atmosphere is fun and family friendly.

Great sorrunding and setting. Ideal for the whole family. No alcohol served but soft drinks and food is available, not much choice for vegeterian and the choice of drinks are limited and struggle to get cold beverage.

Rooms are not well kept, they could try to improve tyding things. However the garden is nicely kept and has a good view opening up to lake Victoria

Awesome view, decent rooms service can be abit slower but still with proxy to the city centre, it still has alot to offer. On the weekend nights tho, its noisy as place is beeing booked for weddings till late all thanks to its magnificent views if that doesnt bother you while your sleeping then go for it.

Nice food, cheaply priced drinks, excellent location. The dj, DJ Mask, is the best. We were there on Friday and they had karaoke as well.

Entrance to the garden is just TZS 1000 you get to experience the best view of the lake Victoria, I was totally suprised to know their room rates start from TZS 25,000 (standard rooms) to 40,000 (executive rooms) a night, although on weekends its full people as it attracts trendy crowd from time to time, but it is one of the ideal places to hangout in Mwanza.

Best timing are weekdays and 4 pm hours onwards to the sunset.
