I popped into the shop today and the person with long hair was absolutely amazing. I had a blast and I left with new shoes. One of the most pleasant experience I had in a clothing shop, it was almost like visiting a long non seen friend. Give your staff a raise, they are doing an amazing job!

I purchased something online and tried to return it to the store. I was told the store was a completely different brand to the website. Seeing as they have the same name, and stock the same items, this seems pretty strange to me. The two shop assistants were extremely rude and werent wearing masks correctly.

Cute themes sections that’s matches around the wall colours and cute decorations. The images below are from the basement. The place is very compact and right space so if the shop is full you have to side step around the area to see the clothes. There are limited clothings around the shop and as you can see from the picture of the basement it only has two racks, nice and simplified but if you’re new to lazy oaf, look online for more but in store you can see the small section of items on sale.

I managed to get to the Lazy Oaf boutique for the first time last Saturday, and despite the shop being very busy, the guy and the girl working there were extremely helpful at assisting me and my best friend. I even got a little discount at the end, I was so happy!

Just popped into the store very close to closing time and the two people on shift (one with big braids and the other with short hair and maybe a moustache under the mask?) were absolutely brilliant. I was keen to try a bunch of stuff on and they ran all over checking for sizes for me and generally being super accommodating and friendly the whole time, even though it was right at the end of their shifts and I’m sure they were tired. Brilliant service, beautiful collections atm and lovely members of staff!

Don’t buy lf you live in europe outside UK, Because they charge you customs fees without notifying you, I live in Spain and they have charged me 19€ for customs and when I returned I had to pay 16€ a ruin, I will not buy more, it seems horrible to me that they do not warn of the customs price and the returns aren’t free, Don’t buy!!

Only had a chance to quickly duck in to the store but loved it. Cute and quirky decor, plenty of styles on the racks and when I inquired about sizes one of the staff members quickly checked their inventory and found the size I needed. Encountered three staff members while I was there and they were all very kind, I only wish Id been able to spend more time looking around. Would recommend going if youve seen the clothes online, its great to have a chance to try them all on.

Very pretty shop with really nice clothes i wish I could afford. The decor is changed quite often and always looks really good, often very colourful and artsy. Downstairs they have a little gallery area, like a mini exhibition realted to the clothing style so its really cute. Only downside is how expensive the clothes are but its fun to look at and take photos!

Its a really small shop, but its so amazing. You wont find anything like lazy oaf anywhere else, their style is unique and colorful. The shop assistants are really nice and the music is fantastic. And although its kind of expensive, I really recommend it!

Got a chance to finally visit the shop yesterday, the store looks incredible, although it is quite small. At the moment they have an exhibition on Japan that I found quite appealing. The staff is super friendly and made me feel very welcome, def worth another visit! 5 stars! *****

Very cute clothing, if youre in the area its worth a visit

Gorgeous shop however my liking for it has been destroyed after being served by rude condescending staff. They spoke to us in a nasty way making us feel stupid. Despite travelling 100 miles for the shop the woman replied that people come much further. Also after not being able to find a specific product she snapped that shed already said three times where it was. I found the attitude appalling and I am gobsmacked that such rude people are allowed to work in such a lovely shop.

Really nice stuff and i shop a lot online from Lazy Oaf, but the guy, probably the manager, was very rude. We asked for some help and his response was “not now” and told us off for trying more than the allowed items, even though no one told us its 3 items at a time and then making a sarcastic remark. Completely appauled.

I visited Lazy Oaf in January of 2018, and although now I shop often online from the brand and enjoy my collection, checking out the physical store for the first time was just awkward. It was dim and none of the staff welcomed us in, which is always a turn off for me.

I love Lazy Oaf - every time Ive been inside, the staff have been super friendly (if you go during a Carnaby Shopping evening they have tasty cupcakes too!). This is a great shop for picking up quirky gifts or pop-tastic bright jumpers and Ts - my faves are probably the mad pieces of jewellery.

Lazy Oaf is a wonderful shop. In an era where so many objects of the daily life lack identity, this brand offers colour and fun. Sure its not the cheapest, but definitely not the most expensive neither and the quality is phenomenal. Ive been wearing some of the jumpers for years now, and they barely suffered. Sure they have less men stuff indeed, but they still have some and exceptional pieces as well. I miss a bit the era when they were more home objects, but the pleasure with Lazy Oaf is to see things coming back, in new shapes and colours... The staff has always been amazing, and for the five years Ive been shopping there for myself, my friends and family, I dont regret any purchase from there. I wish them all the best. PS - the hardest is not to buy always more pins and socks (^_^).

Adore lazy oaf and have done for a loooooooong time BUT staff in store are very inconsistent 😞Called the store RE: a sale item recently and the sweet girl who answered could not be more helpful - she was such a treasure !Went in a couple of weeks ago and they were so lovely and chatty and gave me a million free stickers - then went in yesterday afternoon and the staff would rather discuss amongst themselves the previous customers who had just been in, and the merits of wearing crocs in a big city rather than serve my boyfriend and I.not a great impression on us when the products themselves are so wonderful - staff should match. 💜

This cheeky little label makes some of the brightest, 80s style tees and accessories... If you like to stand out and love a bold print (that might just be made up from Mickey Mouses hands!) then this is one place you cant miss when youre shopping til youre dropping.

Super friendly staff! Finally had myself a visit and it was worth the time.

Used to be a loyal customer however I saved up to buy a pair of their shoes and got a faulty batch the company were very unhelpful they had terrible customer service.I went to the shop to see if they could help as they were ignoring my emails and one of the employees mocked me and said I was stupid for thinking the shop could help and made a big deal out of having to fetch his manager ...never supporting their business again

The shop and clothing inside is quite cute, but the radio keeps playing rubbish music which terrifies me a lot, hopefully the staff will change this horrible playing list if I visit the shop another day.

Tiny store, lady at counter was quite judgemental. That seems to be consistent with other interaction Ive had with them online.

Very nice shop, the products are splendid and of good quality. The shop is really small, the downstairs (man) consists of one room.

Most of the time, there are very few items on sale in the shop that is really very small. You will find the entire collection online much easier ...

Beautiful product of good quality, very original brand but personally I love it. The staff are super friendly and we easily forget the price of the products.
