I really love the owner and the staff that are there there its just so nice people and I wish more people would go there and take your clothes to him and I hope that he finds helpers to help him work

Entirely exceptional. The employees are superlative and the quality is always exactly what I need. I have gotten many dress alternations here for choir, but most recently I had a dress altered for my senior photos and the results were great, and the seamstress was so nice. The alterations did not take long and she even steamed it for me.100% recommend. :-)

Always accommodating 2 coats for cleaning total $30 fox fur trim on the Hat its worth it at his store

They get a local news rag to do a piece on how they can’t get workers, and how they have to actually work their own business, maybe pay people their worth

They are the best. Their staff is friendly and knowledgeable, the seamstress is phenomenal, and they deliver. They do a much better job than ANY dry cleaner in Pittsburgh that i have used.

DO NOT go to this Dry Cleaner! I forgot that I had a winter coat to pick up, months went by but then I remembered. Low an behold, there was no coat! The owner donated it to the Friendship Room, a local mission without my consent or knowledge! There is nothing in the policy stating this could happen. It is illegal to do this! I would tell anyone NEVER to go there!!

The person to whom the charges are owed shall notify the owner of the garment, clothing, wearing apparel, or household goods of the time and place of the proposed sale or other disposition of it in accordance with section 1333.24 of the Revised Code, except that, if the garment, clothing, wearing apparel, or household goods remain for one hundred eighty days or more in the possession of the person, the person may sell them, give them away, or otherwise dispose of them without giving prior notice pursuant to that section.
