Nice clean rooms with AC.Restaurant standard local food in a stuffy room, order in advance if you can or be prepared to wait. Breakfast buffet was good.Staff all very friendly and helpful.

This is not a luxury place of all inclusive kind of hotel but its secure, clean and very friendly.The best thing about it is the staff, they will make you feel t home and will do anything to please you.Very polite,even when some of them dont speak of understand English.Will recommended with thumb up!

The place is good .. rooms and the beds are good.. washrooms are great.. been here for the night but no disappointment so far.

Nice, clean, comfortable and affordable place right in town. Main challenges for me were, the slow pace of the employees. Not sure if its just a Tanzanian way in general, but it takes alot of time to get feedback on things you inquire. Secondly, the location is both a pro and a con since its in town you can easily access most key places, but at night the noise of cars may be disturbing (but it is bearable if you are a deep sleeper).

I loved this hotel staff were absolutely amazing with high standard of service. Very clean rooms. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting mwanza. Reasonable prices too

Runned down and poor facilities in the room. The AC never worked and no mosquito nets either. Couldnt sleep during the night.

Good location especially when you need to catch an early bus at Nata bus stand.

Nice Hotel situated in City center, movements from hotel to Airport or town issues such as banks and appointment should be easy, lake victoria is also few Kms away...

Three star accommodation in the middle of the city.

Good reception; clean, modern rooms with a/c and en-suites. Good, safe place to stay. Church and NGO workers often stay here.

Comfortable air conditioned rooms. Good free taxi service and lovely staff. Chicken curry and spaghetti dishes recommended.

It is one hotel that is located around crowded area although it is a budget hotel, so if you prefer something that is moderate this hotel is one you need, nice budget food and drinks also available but sometimes when the power goes off the generator may not be on

Seems new facilities seem new and not so used very decent and clean spacious rooms.It was worth the money.

Its a nice place in town good rooms and services, Transport for Airport and its near Nata Bus Stand.

What I can say is that Mipa hotel its nice one good beds clean toilets, charming servants, its near in town of Mwanza.
