It is very good hotel. Staff here have great customer care. They are young and enegetic hence yiu feel at home here. It suits for Local Tanzanians while in Mwanza, but also suits tourists. It has low costs rates. Food is fresh and local with superb test.

Good environment and better services provided

The rooms either don’t have running water, TVs that work, Sever mold, smelly refrigerators and No matter what room I was relocated to There was a issue! The staff was very helpful but frustrated too!This place is deceiving from the outside! Unfortunately I checked in late and from exhaustion had to sleep in a really moldy room. Lungs burned from fumes al night and woke up not well! I have never seen mold so bad it changed the color of ceramic tiles! Horrible.... this is not a environmentally safe Hotel!

Good budget option located right within the CBD. However, Id think twice if I was looking for great customer service, some of the staff are just pathetic and need refresher courses. It can get noisy especially during the day because of the daily routine of people going about their business. Has a good bar within the facility was obviously my favorite place felt safer in here and surprised at how customer service tends to differ within the same facility. Good Luck!

City centre, Ideal for travellers having activities around Mwanza Town, rooms are comfortable and rates are OK. Free breakfast in the morning with mix of soup, bites,juice,milk etc.

I didnt expect such high quality service, this is among of the best place to visit that is allocated down town of the Mwanza city
