Kiota hostel is A.M.A.Z.I.N.G!!! The cleanest most simple and most beautiful place. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The place is super clean, quiet with a beautiful ambience. This is one place Im definitely coming back to

Kiota is more than only accommodation. The hosts, Estelle and Bashir, are lovely and were helpful in many ways. I stayed for nearly 2 months and it didnt take long that I felt like home there. Interacting with other guests is easy due to a lot of common spaces, but you can also find quiet corners, like the rooftop terrace, to be by yourself.Would come back anytime :)

What else is there to say.. I almost moved in full-time. Estelle and Bashir could not be better, more welcoming hosts and the location is amazing. Easy transport to anywhere you want to go and Estelle and Bashir are full of wonderful recommendations. My only complaint is that the hostel and yard are so comfortable that I didnt want to leave and do anything else... 6/5 stars!

Where do I begin? The hosts Estelle & Bashir organize a trip from the airport to your hostel and have tons of local recommendations on what to do in the area. When you arrive at the gate you walk into a beautiful open area with a basketball hoop, slack-line, a couple of hammocks, a billiards table, and a beautiful outdoor seating area! (The rooftop lounge is a special surprise for those who like gorgeous views)The inside of this place is so cozy and most importantly so clean! Everything is well maintained and they can even organize your laundry upon request for a small fee. Do not make the mistake of staying anywhere else! Thank you again Estelle and Bashir! Hopefully I will be back next year

Kiota was the perfect home for our Mwanza trip. Estelle and Bashir made all logistics extremely easy - rides to/from airport, help with excursion planning, advice on exploring Mwanza, etc. They are extremely gracious and hospitable. So looking forward to a return visit next time!

The location is perfect... a 5 minute piki piki ride to anywhere in Mwanza.The hosts are some of the best people you will come across in your life... Bashir & Estelle go above and beyond to make sure your stay is comfortable and stress free.The building is beautiful and there are several places within the secured walls to unwind or hang out with other guests.They have a night guard on duty overnight so you always feel safe!Id give 10 stars if I could. If Kiota Hostel is available, dont make the mistake of staying anywhere else!Ill be back one day.

Unique! Stayed at the hostel for 2 weeks and it was a great time! So family. Eat good! Nice, new rooms and facilities. European standard. Beautiful porch and roof terrace invites you to invite :)We recommend.
