Wow, so theres so much to like about this place, too muc to go over in a short review.The staffLove the attention to detail that the team has put in. Its really unmatched. I like that the team is passionate about health and fitness, besides just being Professionally trained, you can actually get their energy, you feel like they actually want you to be a better version of yourself.The GearSo its actually very difficult to have a good Fitness center without the right facilities, and thus place is packed with everything you will need. Again you can tell priest care and attention to detail and professionalism went into the design of this place.FacilitiesThe have the aerobics soccer, the fitness Dodge, the swimming pool the sauna and a good parking space.The LocationSo the place is away from the city, but thats actually a good thing, its right of the highway on your way out of town. Over at nyamato national, so if you happen to live on the east part of the city, it would be on your way homeThe pricing.I keep saying attention to detail, cause you see it everywhere in the services, the pricing is actually quite affordable, they have different places that may include the trainers, the swimming pool the sauna and more.The plans offer a lot of options including daily rates for the uninitiated (wink wink)TimingSo the place is over their the day, from morning to 10pm, you you can take your pick on when you wanna get some work done (you can....work out....that one)ConclusionAll in all, theres a lot going for this place, from the staff, to the facilities, the gear and the location, the pricing and the timing.....so you are in the market to do something good for yourself, this place is a must visit
