Modern office space, smart and helpful people who are each doing their part to develop minority languages of the Mara and Mwanza regions. Some are researching the sound system of the language in order to give it an alphabet, others are working with speakers to translate books into the language, and still others are teaching people to read and write in their language with the alphabet that has been developed by the researchers.
