A nice sea view hotel at Mtwara -Sputhern Tanzania with fascinating sea breeze and delicious dishes

This rating is strictly for the Manager and the Restaurant...!!Very Poor Service..!!These untrained and unprofessional front mens (Floor Manager and the Waiter)....dont know how to entertain their visitors...!I visited here 3 years back....and I remember some good memories thats y I attracted to visit here again...!! This time I visited with my friend ... But experience was not really good..!!Izzat utaar di ....🤫😁😂

Slightly run down i guess due to reduced no of visitors...staff is very polite and courteous ready to help at all times. Not a lot of food options....good for accommodation but will not recommend it for dine outs

There us so more small obstacles like Wi-Fi system,there no toilet swimming pool,there to late in food order therefore Im give two star make service good in order to give one 🌟 to complete three star.about building and inside and outside view is unique so good

Worst experience of my life, the pillows were absolutely disgusting, the wifi did not work, most of the items on the menu were not available. Booked online but still couldnt find the booking when we got there. Not worth the price paid.

Worst experience ever. We booked for the rooms a week before our visit, but when we arrived they said no booking that was made before, while they even sent us notification to remind us on our stay before we arrived. Washrooms were pretty dirty. Pillow cases were dirty and I couldnt use them. The dustbin in my room was full of empty bottles, toothbrushes and toilet papers that means it wasnt cleared when the previous guest was gone. 80% of varieties shown in the menu is not available, we had no choice, I requested for lemon and was told to wait until a person goes to the market. We requested for the airport shuttle a day before our departure, but it came 40 minutes late from the time we wanted to leave the hotel.

It is nice place to visit, full sea view with cool air from the Indian Ocean. Has a restaurant along the shore which is cool and plenty of fresh air..The road to the hotel is also very nice..

The rooms are sparsely furnished. Nou bed lights. You have to get up from bed to switch off the light. Most food items on the menu or drinks are not available.

Very nice place for private talks, spending the night and even have a delicious meal/nice cold drink. The service is on point.

The rooms are not too clean, crowded and too pricey for how they are...the food is normal and kitchen is closed before 0000

The weather is much or less Dar Es Salaam, Mtwara is economically and geographically underutilized. Amazing place indeed.

The food was great, good prices on food and drinks the service is excellent, the ocean view is useless, ambience is sorry looking, but the staff go above and beyond, the concierge is one hell of a guy.
