This place seems to have fallen out of the world in Mtwara. Cappuccino from the portafilter machine and delicious pastries in an air-conditioned cafe. Definitely try: MandaziHowever, the place seems absurd - the real Mtwara takes place in front of the door. With all the poverty and the ailment. Even so, this café was an oasis during my 1 year stay when the homesickness got too big.
