The place is so wonderful with a beautiful scenery. The water is not so cold. There are a lot of swamps nearby if one wish know more about them. There is food and drinks and a lot of guides too they got hospitality and will surely help you in swimming if you dont know how to.
The hot Spring is a must experience. It is quite far from the main road but the drive to the spring is worthwhile. The spring is so huge. It is beautiful. There are lifeguards to help with swimming around the spring at a fee. Makeshift eating areas are also available. Entry to the spring is at a small fee. Parking is available around the spring. The scenery around the spring is breathtakingly beautiful. #letsguide
This place is just one of a kind that I have visited in Tanzania. The water is magical and super clean, the fish that eat dirt from your skin and other peaceful creatures living in the waters are just as friendly as the people around. Hard to navigate your way through if you donβt have a 4x4 vehicle as itβs a bit far from the main road and the road through is bumpy and stony. Anyone in Moshi or Arusha I recommend to go visit this hidden gem and get to swim in the magical waters as you get a free pedicure.

There is no this campsite at chemka I am wondering how this people tricks to get clients while they are not existing at this place at the swimming people can camp at the village open site but this one with the name of chemka hot springs campsite never exist they are putting photo of tents online but in real sense these people are not existing at this place what exist here is only swimming place with no campsite though people some time can come with tents and camp at village place but not this one with chemka hot spring campsite so please dont book with this people their tricking visitors using the name of chemistry hot springs while their not exist here.

Wonderful place not to be missed. If you want to go autonomously from Moshi take the Daladala (1000tzs) to Bomaa then take the Bajijii (25000tzs) to chemka hot springs which stays there until you feel like leaving.The entrance to hot springs for foreigners is 10000tzs.Inside there are those who sell you coconut to drink and eat with 3000tzs.If you get hungry there is a BBQ with what you want. Or like me you eat rice and vegetables.Beautiful vine that allows you to do acrobatic dives. Or you can put yourself in the intimate area in complete relaxationIf you sit on a tree root with your feet in the water, small fish can approach you and eat the dead skin of your feet. This is a lot of fun
Fascinating place, go early in the morning and avoid weekends to enjoy the pools without crowding. Food and drinks can be purchased on site.
