Amazing staff.. Good food. Poor lodge quality.

The staff were just so exceptionally helpful. I was able to exchange money at the hotel, they organized me a taxi in no time when I needed one and were just so accommodating and friendly. The food was also good.

The hotels rooms and services were below standard..we had booked a large group to the hotel only to be told on arrival the hotel was over booked.. the food was another story it run out and some pple didn’t get food.my room had no hot water and phone didn’t work..breakfast was never enough either. There were aunts and small bugs in the roomLongs story short .Never going back

Clean rooms, good food, internet is a little slow. Overall, great price gor what you get.Staff is very nice and very welcoming.

FYI..this is not Keys Hotel even though it calls itself that. Food and swimming pool is good, probably only things going for it.

Old and sunken bed. Cold bath after seven days climbing the Kilimanjaro. No light in bathroom. Hell of an alarm, as if a bomb were going to explode (better if it exploded). Television does not work - we called the clerk, he saw that the television did not work and he never came back to fix it! On one of the plugs is written boom, obviously we do not try to connect anything in it!Anyway, the staff are attentive and the food is reasonable, but nothing to make up for the horrible ...
