Don’t change money here.I went there at 2pm, standing in the line in front of the “Foreign Exchange Counter”, waited for a very long time (while there were only two people in front of me), then finally it was my turn at the counter, I was told to fill in a form, copy my ID, and I was suddenly told to go to another counter.Come on, I was standing in the line while holding a piece of US dollar bill, the staff saw me several times, it was obvious that I was going to exchange money. If they have more respect for the time of the customers, they should have told me earlier to go to another counter.By the way, their rate is the worst in Moshi. The usual rate in town is US$ 1 = Tsh 2300 at exchange shops, or US$ 1 = Tsh 2310 at other banks. This NMB has only US$ = Tsh 2277.The difference is of course very little, only around 1%, so I don’t mind to have a little bad worse rate if the location is near me, but the service has a large room to improve.
