AC equipped class rooms for post graduate students, free from noise pollution, cafeteria services are available recently Monday 4, January 2019 a new cafeteria services launched just 50 to 60 meters from administration block and 20 to 30 meters from New Hostel, hostel around with SUA students from Bachelor degree level to PhD. The location allows easy access to Morogoro town just paying 500 tshs taking 5mins, optionally walking may take 12 to 15 mins in any destination in Morogoro town not exceeding Morogoro bus terminal.

The university is not such far to town.the environment is very good.you can see different farms around university for student to practice agriculture
