Definitely the best place to stay in Morogoro! Amazing view from restaurant and rooms. The room was cozy, clean, well equipped and intriguingly designed. You can immediately feel that the hotel is the work of a passionate and true professional. The staff is very nice. Delicious food and large portions. Oh and most importantly: they have their own coffee, which is delicious! I recommend to everyone!

Edelwyss-inn is a fantastic hidden hideaway which absolutely deserves a visit. The atmosphere is loving and caring in a way which is rare in Tanzania.Best you can get in Morogoro and amazing bang for the buck using an old expression.

The best place to get stranded! Big clean modern well made rooms. Excellent restaurant (order the Swiss rösti and geschnetzelltes). But most of all the owners Harald and Jamila. They helped us repair the busted gearbox. They helped us all the way. We left with new friends.

We didnt get booking so just went for 8 hours there. The place is built with attention to details, each and every area is designed and constructed very diligently, and its well maintained, unlike other places. Food was amazing, so was masala chai. And the view from rooftop restaurant to see Morogoro is a scene to remember!

Edelwyss is a good place located above the foot of Uluguru mountains, away from town çheos, with very nice bedrooms, meals, and drinks. You will certainly enjoy the tranquility of the natural environment that Uluguru mountains provide; day and night.

Amazing place, a lovely mixture of Swiss chalet and Tanzanian guesthouse. Very refreshing to see a place like that.Definitely that will be my go-to place when staying in Morogoro.

Located on a hill with a fantastic view over Morogoro and the region, the hotel impresses with its beautiful architecture and high-quality construction. The tastefully furnished rooms are spacious and, like the entire complex, well thought out, very clean and well-kept. The menu and quality of the cuisine also meet European standards and also have some delicacies ready (e.g. a 1A Swiss cheese fondue). The manager of the facility (also Swiss) is present with all his heart, hospitable, helpful and eager for his guests as we have never experienced anywhere else. Also the staff - very friendly, always helpful, competent and clean. For us, by far the best hotel in the entire (and wider) region. Big compliments to the boss & his crew.PS: We were there 3 times - that says it all!
