Beautiful old building turned hotel, with fair room prices. Havent stayed there, but its probably one of the nicest in Mtwara region

Very unusual place, hotel build in renovated old Boma from German time in Tanzania. Old architecture, very friendly service, good food, rooms in old style.

Only stopped to have lunch but quite enjoyed it. The food was well priced, simple but delicious. The staff were friendly and welcoming. It was peaceful and quite. Would have loved to stay the night but hotel rates were well over our budget.

Amazing place, both the staff in training and the permanent staff are incredibly accommodating and helpful. The building and pool is beautiful, the food delicious and the views amazing. What more could you ask!

Tanzania is Rich in history and my stay at this hotel is memorable. I enjoyed my experience. Very affordable rates and feel connected with the vision of the hotel (to help the community)

If you want to experience nature, do a way with most of the gadgets in city life and have a quiet place to relax naturally, this is a place to be. Also enjoy the diving n snorkeling/tour packages provided by Eco2 and lots more.

Outstanding hotel in Mikindani, Tanzania. The friendliest staff in Africa and excellent food and facilities. Large spacious well equipped rooms in a wonderful old colonial building renovated to a high standard. Attention to detail is very high. The hotel is a vocational training hotel supporting men and women from the Mikindani area and all are exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended!

One of the best place to see if you are in mtwara. Historical. The hotel itself was once a fort and plays an impt role in history of tanzania. In the hotel you can find a place once a court room and old water pump and a iron ball to help determine how much the slave command in the price in the slave market.
