We stayed as a group of three people in one bungalow for 4 nights.The garden is beautiful and silent enough for a good rest. The pool looks great and natural so it fits with the rest.The bungalow: Minimalistic furniture and decoration, linen and pillows were already old and not that hygienic to use anymore.The breakfast: we ordered vegan breakfast and got fruits, bread, juice, coffee/ tea and our absolute Highlight: homemade hummus!The staff was very friendly and tried to make us feel comfortable at every moment. The room got cleaned every day but unfortunately we didnt get new towels. Even after asking for some they told us that they dont have any.Additionally: ask for the price before you order food or water, we didnt and the bill surprised us at the last day.

We absolutely love this quiet place with a beautiful garden and pool. The owner makes you feel very welcome and the location is great with only a 1 km walk or bicycle ride from the beach and restaurants. We are returning in a week, and its by far the best gem found in this part of Zanzibar.

Excellent eco Lodge, electricity by Sun, care on consume it with non sense. Very polite and friendly staff. Kids friendly. Very safe. Swing pool for getting a splash. Needs ore ordering food but regular chops are great. So quiet. Excellent value for money in Jan 18 usd for a decent double with shared bath. 2 km to 3 beaches incl the legendary The Rock. Highly rec.

Stay here! Very tranquil place to relax, get sun, and go to the beach. You can rent bikes and ride 10 minutes to multiple beaches or stay and swim at the pool. The staff is very attentive and professional and the breakfast and dinner food is excellent and reasonably priced. Everything is eco-friendly too!

The food is great, the owner-family is lovely, and the place is so quiet and secluded! Theyve got a pool and nice, cheap bungalows with a cute staff. Its walking distance easily to both sides of the peninsula and the walk is peaceful and safe.

Zeru Zeru had the best managers now a days. Its also a beautiful place to stay. Quiet, good food, Even if you want you can cook Yourself. Also ZeruZeru has a swimming pool

A little paradise, green gardens, peaceful sleep, the perfect place to rest and discover the surroundings, many beaches at 7min by bike. Bikes are provided. Great, friendly and funny staff.

The place is FANTASTIC. Totally immersed in nature, but safe from any dangers. Large and clean rooms equipped with various comforts. A few steps away the sea with crystal clear water, but inside the resort there is also the swimming pool. Scent of flowers, coconut trees everywhere. An excellent destination for singles, couples or families, in the name of relaxation and refreshment. The restaurant is also excellent, based on typical and local products. The staff is friendly and helpful. We who are ecologists have appreciated the fact that the management of the resort is in the hands of people attentive to details, the environment, to enhance it. It is a wonderful place that is managed incredibly badly. Apparently the company that carries it is changing. You receive an Italian (Giaccomo) very majete and explains that you are at home, all very hippie and very cool. In the middle of the jungle, very close to the beach, bungalows and a pool. Soon the problems begin. No one has looked at how the room is before giving us the key and the bathroom faucet is clogged, the shower has no hot water, the cistern does not work. Mattress, pillow and mosquito net, painful. To plug in a charger or something you have to activate a generator on the floor that makes a terrible noise and you can only plug it in there, so forget about a hairdryer, shaver or anything that needs a mirror or something like that. The food is not bad, but repetitive and very expensive (almost € 10 per plate). The one who takes the food will also try to sell you any excursion and he will do it anyway, so beware that he sold us an excursion and in the end it was another one with very different conditions. We had to argue with him for cheek. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT. Until you learn a little professionalism, I would not go, its a disaster. It is not worth only with goodwill, if you charge you have to be responsible.

Family atmosphere run by 5 local guys who know how to satisfy every request 800 meters from 2 beaches reachable with bicycles available for free or with a pleasant walk in the middle of the village with all the smiling people who greet you, surely an experience to repeat. .there are some things that can be improved, but managers want to do and learn.
