The place was clean, staff friendly, room well organized. The internet didn’t work, hot water didn’t work even after they called their technician to fix the problem. Ended up taking a cold shower. Breakfast was ok but no variety plus the milk wasn’t delivered yet according to the kitchen staff.

In fact, Mazubu Grand Hotel is very good, they care about customers with modern rooms, mazubu have great security now security guards have cctv 24/7, where I was very attractive personally they are very big for transport, there is a very good calm for work and family breaks I also saw I would say it is the best place in the city of Mirereani

Mazubu Great place to sty in Mirerani.We had a wonderful experience, we were in a deluxe room that had two twin beds and two sofas the next we moved to a family room that had one queen size and one single, one large sofa, a dining table and kitchenette. It was an amazing place. Service was excellent and the food was good. The restaurant works all night so you can order at anytime. Staff are really friendly.

Peaceful place for both Ages and good for families, single, couple, fiancee, and anybody can sleep, stay and relax in a peaceful manner.No disturbance. You can get food, drinks and a very good parking place with Great Security.

I had very good juice. Prices are friendly for a 5 star hotel. Rooms are the best they can be. The Garden is so unique and the environment has clean Oxygen. Nice for refreshing ones mind.

Very nice facility laid out in a very large courtyard with nice gardens. Dining facility very comfortable but there are ankle biters after dark. Food good and service excellent. Can watch the kitchen staff working in separate building with glass wall. Bar/lounge is very well done with lots of relaxing space surrounded by tropical plants. Staff very accommodating. Great place to stay when traveling into/out of Mirereani

Fantastic experience. We could not have asked for a better hotel. The hotel is so accommodating, the food is outstanding, and the staff is very friendly. Also, the rooms are beautiful.

The hotel is clean and most of all secure. But check you the linen mine here dirty, but they quickly came and change the whole thing.Dont spect a quiet night, they will be at the bar until late at night and they are loud chatting and laughing.Its a fort, when you get to to the city you cant imagine that will be a real hotel in it until you get into the gate, inside you will find it clean and very well taken care of, very friendly staff, the restaurant have a open kitchen and they will invite you to get into it if you re interested I did.They will do anything t please tou ne make you feel at home.The city self is small, a Masai city but its the home of Tanzanite a precious and expensive gem. I the front of the hotel is the biggest handle of it but dont expect luxurious shop, just boxes with lamp and beneath a lot of millions in gemsThank you James & Anton for take me around and take care of us.

A very peaceful and beautiful environment closed off from outside. Very friendly and helpful staff. Internet connection might be choppy in some areas of the property. Had to walk up to front desk to connect - which was ok for me, got me out of my room and talking to people.

Was there for a conference. Place was nice and well organised, excellent snacks. Parking space is very limited, otherwise recommendable.
