Best coffee shop in ... entire Tanzania! We loved their cortado coffee - a perfect amount of coffee and milk! The cookies and Carrot cake also really good ! Plus there is such a enjoyable vibe and super nice staff:) We came every day during our stay there before we head to Zambia :)

Fantastic coffee, bit noisy at times.The coffee here is really good, unfortunately there is one member of staff who spends most of his time on the phone to friends or outside so it is difficult to order or pay the bill. The same staff member also plays videos and music off his phone over the music playing in the café somewhat spoiling the atmosphere.

I am Mbeya local. Ive been coming to this restaurant for 5 years now. Great coffee, great ambient music and the WiFi is a great bonus too. Also have to give a shout out to the batista, they are very friendly. I wish the brought back the old to-go cups tho

Best place in Mbeya town. Their constitency in menu is impressive. You will ALWAYS find carrot cake or chocolate cake...their quiche is yummy. I always go for the chicken quiche. delicious drinks too. Whats makes it special is their value for their customers with the loyalty card. Give it a try!

The Ridge Cafe has good coffee, some good light food, and a nice atmosphere. It has neat view overlooking Mbeya town, and the Business Centre there has dedicated parking which is nice.Seating is somewhat limited, but it is generally a nice place with good staff. I think that prices are reasonable, though it is hard to compare with other places, since there are limited options for nice cafes in Mbeya. If youre passing through Mbeya or are looking for a nice place to chill, Ridge Cafe is worth checking out.

Very friendly and competent staff! Dark roast coffee excellent. Roasted coffee in bags sadly 5 months past roast and not fresh though.

Great place. Enjoyed a good smoothie and you can even exchange a book. And the toilets are very clean. The prices are fair too. Dont worry about the opening hours on Sundays The extended the time because people were still inside

I just liked the place very much also its cofee tastes different from the ordinary cafes.I also liked the service from the hosts they are warm and charming to their customers .Cofee is available for almosta all work hours hot just waiting for you are welcome .Also delivery service is available for people nearby.

Services offered at Ridge Cafè are amazing, all you favorite deserts, free Wi-Fi, beautiful scenery of the town, a parking area, relaxing music and a comforting and friendly company. Its worth a try, for anytime you need to relax.

This place is awesome. I stopped by here twice on a day and a half stay in Mbeya, and it was such a great relief to have a place to get good coffee, good wifi, and be able to hang out for half the day.Its very americanized and feels like a small Starbucks. They have smoothies (even iced mochas), iced coffee, and all sorts of hot drinks. They even had a chicken sandwich that I had for lunch that was surprisingly good. Their baked goods are all delicious as well!This is as close to an American coffee shop as you can find, and a great place to hang out and get some work done. They even rent desks in a coworking space type of environment if you need!I just found out they even have a coffee tasting event (flier attached) for June 17th. Little things like this plus a Blue Bottle recipe book lying around show this place is very serious about good coffee!

I love this place and My favourite Smooth is Protein Booster 😋😋😋. Most of all Pendo and Deus are amazing...They have passion to serve us and they attend us with politely while exercising high level of professionalism....A must place to be with someone special.

The Ridge Café is a bright and vibrant little café, right at the heart Mbeya. The coffee is excellent and the service is exceptional. Not to mention the reasonably priced tasty treats and smoothies that are also available for purchase.
