The guys from Pole pole snorkeling are very nice and the price is correct. We went today with three children who have never snorkeled before. Black dauphine was very patient and empathetic. We can only recommend him..

The owner aka „black dolphin“ is a very friendly and empathic guy who does a great job. We did the „spice tour“ with him and everything was well organized. After that we made a half day snorkeling trip to mnemba island. There you see that „black dolphin“ also loves snorkeling which made a very greatful atmosphere during the whole trip. I recommend this company 5/5.

Mganga (aka Black Dolphin) was a very friendly guide, speaks also some english (which is kind of rare in these parts:), took us to some very awesome snorkeling sites, saw dolphins and got to swim with them ( no extra charge).He also arranged a couple of other things (transportation, beach barbecue, local guide for Stone Town. If you setup expectations and discuss clearly want you want, you wont be disappointed and the prices will be lower.Hakuna Matata, Black Dolphin!

Very good, and client oriented! Ask for Black Dolphin when you are close by, and he will not disappoint you ( transport, snorkeling, food, etc). Also I think that is important to set reasonable expectations for this part of the world. Asante Sana Black Dolphin!

It was amazing to go snorkeling and to the reef with Mganga (goes by the nickname Black Dolphin because he can swim like a dolphin 😃). He also arranged us a driver to drive us whereever we wanted to. Much better prices than the hotels and much fun with very nice local people! Absolutely recommended 💯

Did a cuple of dives and snorkeling on the island but with Black Dolphin we had the best experience.... with a lot of passion and as a real local he showed us everything to see in the reef!! I can just recommend him!! price was also very fair, no ripp off

Instead of the expected half-day and three places of stops got an hour and a half and one stop. Im absolutely disappointed. Five points can be put to the fish, but here they evaluate something else.

Took an excellent tour with hour guide Mark. Spent a wonderfull day snorkelling around the reef.

We saw delfins !!!

We had a great private full day excursion with Salomon. First we saw dolphins. If you are fast enough, you can swim with them too. Try to start the excursion as early as possible, at best from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m., so that you dont have to go on a chase in the midst of the other 20 or so boats. So the probability of getting relatively close to them is higher - that is not so stressful for the animals. We then snorkeled at two different locations; could see many colorful small and large fish. Salomon and his driver prepared a very tasty fruit platter for us. At the end of the excursion there was delicious tuna, squid, shrimp and lobster. All in all, it was a very nice trip-I can only recommend it

A place where you can sort it out and get it all (literally). The man who runs it is called the Black Dolphin. Very nice and helpful but you have to bargain because its prices, although lower than in the resort, are still high. We have been on several trips to Stone City, Prison Island and the spice plantation. They also went snorkeling and on other beaches using their transport for just a couple of dollarsI recommend. Professional and with a smile
