This was the best place I stayed in. I come to Zanzibar all the time and by far I had the best experience . The staff are all great, the view is amazing, the villa was spot on clean and the location was at a reasonable location, just 50 minutes drive from Stone Town. You also have great access to the beach and there are also local restaurants that you can walk or even use the bikes which are also included with the villa. I can honestly say this is the only place I will be staying at every time I am in Zanzibar.

This should be a no-brainer 5-star review - the house was amazing, the property ground were beautiful and the location right on the beach was magnificent. However, there were definitely some issues, the most concerning of which was the staff not wearing masks when they came in the house each day to clean. THIS SIMPLY IS NOT ACCEPTABLE DURING A PANDEMIC.UPDATE: Based on my wifes feedback to the owner, and the generally positive response/ action, I have edited this review and added another star to the rating. I truly wish I could rate this property higher, but I cannot excuse the staffs blatant disregard for our safety. It is my understanding that this has been addressed immediately with the staff, which I appreciate; however, that does not change our experience.

The villas sit vibrantly facing the ocean and from there you get stunning seafront views at all times of the day as the tides come and go. The villas are beautiful inside and out, very clean and well kept. Immediately you get a sense of the attention to detail to all things from service to comfort to decor. The owners and staff are very professional, friendly and welcoming. The food was amazing, and can be cooked by chefs in the villa kitchens if you request it. We slept very well, as the area is peaceful and quiet and the beds provide great comfort. We were very pleased and will definitely return. Thanks for the hospitality!

We had an awesome time at Kena Beach Villas with a group of SUP club members. Paddling on an amazing 12km trip based out of Kena. The team there are great and really helped with everything we needed. The villas are beautifully designed and the rooms very comfortable. It was perfect for our group and everyone loved their stay. The beach views are stunning and You have to check out the secret garden path! We cant wait to plan the next trip to Kena!

Absolutely wonderful. We went with a family of 8. Rooms were spacious and clean service was very good. Best part was having the place to ourselves with a private pool. Money well spent. Will be visiting again soon.

Kena beach villas is a great place for families and friends. The villas are spacious with a fully equipped kitchen. Very quiet and relaxing. The staff are excellent. Grilled seafood by the pool was really good. Ill definitely go again.

Kena Beach Villas are located not too far from Stone Town. The villas are spacious and perfectly furnished. Each room has its own bathroom. A pool is right in front of the house. The beach is absolutely beautiful. Given that the area is not in a very touristy place, one can enjoy the beach without being hustled by countless beachboys.

Very well-done decor with an evident attention to detail, an incredible chef with a broad range of culinary abilities and an attentive manager makes this one of the best places to visit for a fun weekend group trip to Zanzibar.
