Came here for Covid test. I had online booking and the test was paid online. Booking was between 8:00 - 9:00, arrived at 8:30 and waited no longer than 5 minutes. The test was ok, not as invasive as in other places.

27.12.2021//They do not accept cash for payment of the PCR test and also their website isn’t working very well so you have to pay at the bank; 6 min walk away from the hospital there is a bank; in the bank they have a line for women and another for mans, so you have to decide who from the family will stay at the line, depending which is the sorter one.(someone succeeded to pay in the application but after that he had to wait for the payment to confirm)In 15 min we finished taking the test ( we had only 7 people before us)The cost of the PCR test was 80 $/ pers

Weve registered and paid online for our PCR test before the flight, got the results by sms and email in 24 hours, everything works and very efficient. Nice and helpful staff. Only the provided phone doesnt work. Its very convenient if you are staying on the eastern/southern part of the island.

Same problem as previous reviewer 🙂 had an infection, the nurses and the doctor were really chilled yet helpful. The hospital is supported by the health improvement project Zanzibar - HIPZ feel free to donate some money for this project. Its for a good cause!

I came to this hospital because I cut open my head... After arrival nurse asked me for a book. I didnt understand what book. Than she told our driver that we need a book and we can go buy it nextdoor. So I bought small book were they wrote everything. Doctor was very young looking but he did a very good job. He stitched my head in few minutes. Best part was that it was free and I have an interesting experiences. And by the way hospital was empty and I didnt have to wait.

I had an intestinal problem. Doctor and nurses took a really good care of me. Many thanks for your kind help!

Good hospitality

Everything went fast with covid test.Just been away again. And again, these would mean that you have to spend for these processes. Very sweet staff.

Brought a friend Masai to cure a tooth, they did everything quickly
