If you are an international tourist DO NOT GET THIS PHONE SERVICE! It is a scam!!!!! I bought the pre-paid package with sms, talk, and data on 5/28. On 6/2 they text stating I have no minutes and no SMS. I logged on Tigo Pesa and the phone is listed under someone elses name. Obviously, I dont know many people in this country, so it would be impossible for me to send 500 messages in 6 days. I contacted them and no response. My advice to you is keep your SIM chip from your country and text or call for emergencies buying only data. The funny part is text from my carrier (T-Mobile) is cheaper than Tigo. Lastly, now with technology, your phone tracks how many minutes, text, and data you use on any network, so it is very obvious when you scam people ;).

A fraudulent selling strategy was promised to me three months + 3GB + 100000 TSH credit as I said that smartphone where else 100000 TSH is cheap but after a month everything else it was only for a month with us it would be fraud and punishable

It is centre where the customers and Tigo users get more Assistant concerning the network

Good service but the people just stand and answer questions shortly while need more details, i wasn’t happy with the replay from them. They are not charm.
