Great value for the money. A 4 hour tour by quad with refreshments and a knowledgable tour guide (Abdul). We visited villages, interacted with the people, learned about the customs (Mwaka Kogwa), and witnessed the main economic activity of the village. Absolutely amazing how products are made.If you are ever in Zanzibar, I highly recommend you to participate in the quad tour with Zanzibar Quad Adventure. You wont regret it.

Very enjoyable tour. Communication with the team from start to finish was impeccable. The tour got a little boring for us driving so much on the highway, but once we went off road, and in to the rural areas, it was wonderful. Visiting the local village was a nice experience, but it felt a little transactional. Overall, good activity and would recommend trying it.

What is the best way to check out the jungle and local villages? By quad! I found out about the Zanzibar Quad Adventure thanks to TripAdvisors community.I wrote a mail to them about week before our arrival. Response came almost immediately. So whats in offer? Group of quads go to jungle and villages for 4 hours. Cost? 120 USD per quad. European driving license is fine (in my case Polish) and international one is not needed. Driving category A (bikes) is not needed if you have cat. B (cars).I was surprised when I was told that all the formalities and payments can be done in a day of adventure.So the big day arrived - big for me because I never drove quad before. Because our hotel was in nearby the office, Greta, lady with whom I contacted before, came for us to the hotel by car and gave us a lift to the office. Over there she collected the payment and wrote a driving permit for the police. Everything took maybe 5 min. Then when everyone arrived, there was a quick tutorial how to drive a quad. Driving is very easy because they have automatic gearbox. Group of 7 quads (10 people in total + 3 people from ZQA. At first we were driving normal road. We visited a local store to buy something for kids. After some time, we moved to countryside and offroad began! It even started to rain heavily but they were prepared. Every quad has raincoats for 2 people.We visited one village, see two houses from inside. The most memorable moment was to see how people are living and all the kids. I had a mixed feelings about the kids because they were prepared that they will receive something - some of them were really greedy. But in the end, everything was very touchy and for sure I wont forget that moment for long. Except the village tour, there was also short spices tour like to see lemon grass or jackfruit tree. The last stop was Waikiki restaurant. Only starters are included in price of trip. Everything else is extra paid.After came back, Greta gave us drive back to the hotel which was very kind.These 4 hours are one my best in my life and for sure I will never forget jungle offroad adventure in heavy rain!Is it worth? Of course! Will I come back? Of course! I was even thinking to buy this trip again during the same stay but my wife said no... :(

This was the best thing l did in zanzibar. Every staff member was very friendly very professional and funny which made our experience mesmerizing. I would do this thing 100 time and never get bored. Highly recommend

It was a really nice experience. It was my first time driving a quad but Greta carefully explained how to drive it and everything was easy and funny! We enjoyed our trip! It was fantastic.The guide bring you to visit a real Zanzibar village, with real zanzibar people. You can buy biscuits or something else for the children and they offer you some of their fruits. you also vsit a fishmans village and the fish market. After this you take a drink in the Waikiki restaurant with the tipical italian focaccia!The tour take 4 hours. The guide is nice and explain very well everything.The titolars are very kind. What else... Well driving the quad in the zanzibar wild is an unique experience!Well sure come back. Very soon.

Had two fantastic excursions in the past 12 month with this stunning and best organised Team. They really had lots of consciousness of the land self either the real Swahili culture, providing information which truly reflect their passions and willing to realise a great experience for their clients with a professional touch. The most suggestive land excursion in Zanzibar!Really very fun and interactive.We toured the city with quads for 4 hours, making 4 main stops:-Plantations (we visited the plantations and they explained to us what are the crops of spices, plants, etc.)-Local village (we were shown a local village and we entered a typical Zanzibari house)-Beach (we made a stop on the beach to enjoy a moment of relaxation and take some souvenir photos)-Resort (we stopped at a seaside resort to enjoy a snack ... a nice focaccia and a cocktail to end the excursion in style)If you are in Zanzibar, I highly recommend you to take this quad bike tour, on the way back you will be a bit destroyed but super enthusiastic!

Absolutely not to be missed excursion in Zanzibar for those who love adventure and for those who want to see the reality of Zanzibar with their own eyes. The excursion allows you to enter the villages where you will find many children and the famous mud houses. Despite their condition they often offer you very good fruit. Recommend to bring some gifts to the children who will attack you, no sweets and candies though. The day ends with an aperitif in a beach resort, not included in the price of the excursion

First time on a quad bike and it was a great experience.! I spent a particular afternoon that filled my heart and eyes so much visa some areas inside the island. Exploring the spice garden you can taste all the fruits of the earth, in their villages you can understand how much simplicity is worth looking at the children who always welcome you with a big smile and finally the peace and the infinity of the ocean with its colors. A fantastic day that I recommend to do at least once.

Beautiful experience, we went with Greta to discover some places far from the tourist circuits. On board a quad we went to visit a small village, meeting lots of children. We have brought clothes, shorts, shoes and sandals that we donated to the mothers of the children who will then distribute them. We then went to see the villages of the peasants and then that of the fishermen, not before having walked and discovered a considerable amount of plants, spices and fruit. The morning ends with a Mojito al Waikiki, accompanied by a focaccia.Highly recommended, the Greta guide was very kind and helpful!

Leaving aside the stratospheric quality of the quod which is not very relevant and subjective (I really liked it because they are both fast and resistant, they stop at nothing), the tour I highly recommend it.It introduces you to the place, the culture and the traditions; in short, it makes you experience the non-touristy, wild Zanzibar!To do absolutely!

We had a lot of fun! They visited the hinterland of Zanzibar! We stopped in two villages, brought biscuits, flour and some games. At the end stop at waikiki for a focaccia. It was a wonderful experience. I recommend it!
