Poor customer service especially from Drivers, Untrustworthy!

We would like to thank Tanzania Specialist for organizing our safari.We saw so many animals :)And the hotels were wonderful. We have lived a daydream!Our contact person is available on what’sapp and is very responsiveThe organization is very flexible: we changed our formula 24 hours before our departure and everything went very wellOur French speaking guide was very professional and had a very keen eye. Sikone was able to explain a lot of things to us and was always there for us during these 5 daysThank you again Tanzania Specialist :)

Awesome! If you want a carefree safari, then you have come to the right place with the Tanzania Specialist. They have mapped out a wonderful trip for us and are always easily accessible. Our guide, Joseph, gave us an unforgettable safari! He knew exactly where to go to see the animals, he knows the culture and traditions and we couldnt ask a single question he couldnt answer. You will be taken care of from A to Z, on arrival and all transfers, staff from the Tanzania Specialist were present to guide you. This allowed you to enjoy the holiday mode! A big thank you for this incredible stay in Tanzania and in zanzibar. Rajai was a wonderful French-speaking guide for the safari who allowed us to meet many animals, answer our questions about animals and nature as well as about Tanzanian culture. Magnificent hotels and finely orchestrated organization with always welcoming staff.

First contact with Gwen who gave us a quote long after our request. Thereafter few explanations between each questioning. Slow response time.We paid €5,520 for 8 nights/9 days, which is a very excessive bill when we know afterwards that the activities are not taken into account, but at an additional cost. A taxi picked us up at the airport, then dropped us off at the hotel around 2 p.m., then no more contact from the team to find out if we had arrived... Left abandoned until the next morning when our guide picked us up. Lost day.Out of 8 days we lost 2.5 days. Indeed, the safaris lasted half the day (11 a.m. to 6 p.m. or (7 a.m. to 2 p.m.), whereas a whole day was planned on the planning at the base. Scandalous when you know the money spent and the kilometers crossed to arrive at this distant destination. The must, the guide had to change the tires one morning during our programming, instead of leaving at 8 am, we left at 9:30 am.When making contact on the spot for requests for reorganization of our days. We had a great vacation in Tanzania and on Zanzibar. The lodges were wonderful and the organization before and during our vacation was great. Our German-speaking guide Baraka was very nice, drove great and knew a lot. That made the safari a dream. Because of his patience, we were able to see all the animals in the Big 5. Many thanks also to Julia, who had a lot of patience in advance and who was no change request too much.

After paying 5800e for 2 for 10 days!! we wanted to add activities that cost us an additional 1700th!!! ...so we paid. Having had a serious problem we had to return to France earlier, when we asked for a partial refund of unused activities OR a credit note. Following my request, they blocked us on the phone. So I sent an emailHe replied that a refund was only possible by warning them 1 month before .... but we booked 1 day before!! We didnt know we wanted to add activities 1 month before. In short, they are thieves, so I do not recommend this agency. French be careful. Moreover, this agency is not based in Tanzania but in the Netherlands.

We went on a safari to Tanranguire Park and Ngorongoro Crater with Tanzania specialist. The hotels were great, the organization impeccable, the guide Richard great!

Above all, be careful not to have a problem. Our hotel burned down, not the slightest compensation....
