This is the only hospital in Kilema. I could improve on services and care they provide. They dont have a pharmacy here so one has to travel to Marangu or Moshi mjini to get the medication. Its located in a beautiful place up by a hill where one see all the way to Moshi mjini from there.

There ia no better place than home!!

I agree because that is where I was born and raised also to get a basic education here at primary school
