We made a remembrance that will never be Forgettable!This was our first time in Tanzania and even in Africa. So we sought to go for Safari with the right company and right tour guide as well. After searching a bit, we was sure to do it with Xandro Adventure Tours and our guide was Joseph! After 8 days Safari experience, now we know we choose the right company and tour guide. Joseph made an unforgettable memory for us, we saw African big 5 for several times and we had great photos with these wild animals., We are crazy people who are travelling during this Covid pandemic! Joseph and Xandro Adventure Tours made everything very easy for us! He sterilized all the car and reminded us to do the same.. We stayed at very nice camps, all staff and the food were amazing.. All we knew was that we wanted to do Tanzania and we were recommended Xandro Adventure ToursI got in touch with Xandro from Xandro Adventure Tours. From the start, Xandro was prompt and helpful in setting it up. Due to Covid, our flights were rescheduled multiple times, but Xandro was accommodating - always happy to rework the itinerary. Since we hadn’t done a full-blown safari before, 8 full days of it for our first trip to anywhere in Africa seemed too much. But it went more smoothly than any holiday I can remember.We were to land early one evening, be met at the airport, start the safari drives the next morning and be dropped back at the airport 8 days later. Josephat was our friend, philosopher, guide, driver and window to Africa - and we couldn’t have asked for anyone better.We did Tarangire, Ngorongoro Crater and Conservation Area, Central and Northern Serengeti and Lake Manyara. Josephat is an excellent driver, a great wildlife spotter, knowledgeable on birds and animals across the entire area, extremely punctual and very patient. We spotted and photographed over 140 different species during our safari.Josephat was always aware of what we would prefer to do. Within a few hours he had figured out our interests (we are avid photographers and aren’t particularly fussed about when we eat or what we eat), and went out of his way to ensure that we always had what we wanted.Accommodation and food was excellent throughout. The staff we met at the various lodges were friendly and talkative, and we had fantastic service and food the entire time.I strongly encourage people to travel to Africa and go on safari. The experience is magical. And go with Xandro Adventure Tours. They went above and beyond expectations to make sure that this bucket-list item would be ticked off in style.
