Excellent place - must be. Taste of coffee amazing, and officially the best price on the island. Preparation of food is not in swahili time ;) very good taste of everything and good wifi connection. Enjoy !

Really nice place with lovely staff. Hamdani and the girl working there were really nice. Both pasta and fish were really good + the size are big. We had breadfruit chips as appetisers and banana dessert as a gift. Asante sana !! The terrace is beautiful at night.

Yellow card cafe was such a surprising discovery.Hidden gem located inside a village along Jambiani beach. If you want to taste the real local food then no mistake, this is the place. Friendly staff, amazing chef, fresh fish every day and good value for the money. Octopus with coconut milk is a must try. Best octopus I ever ate😋 Will definitely come back soon.

Had lunch at this place. Can definitely recommend going there. The coconut juice was the best I had on Zanzibar. They mix the coconut water and coconut meat together.Also the veggie/vegan curries were very good (eggplant and potatoe curry) and the portions were big. I wasn‘t able to finish mine.As for any local restaurant, they make everything fresh, so it takes a bit until you get your food.

Ive been in Zanzibar for four weeks and I have to admit that the best octopus curry Ive had on the island.

Great place to stay in Jambian to find out what is local life, no fake resort and traps for tourists. You will feel like you arrived home or visiting friends. In the morning breakfast with fruits. Possible to have lunch or dinner. Once a time there is sea food buffet. Everything thanks to guys who cook and the owner Hamdani who can manage anything you wish to do. Rent bikes, motobikes, car, fishing or go to some party around.

Shrimps in curry coconut sauce were a bit disappointing. Flies (a lot of!) tried to eat my food, as well as hungry cat.

This place is amazing! We went there almost every day during our stay in Jambiani. Food is excellent in terms of portion, taste and price! Definitely not a tourist trap like the ones on the beach that are trying to rob you constantly. They also make proper delicious coffee and the juices are fresh and yummy. Overall is a lovely place to eat and drink. Highly recommended!

Very good food the only problem is the wait for the meal 1h15 minutes for 4 dishes and we were just 2 tables.But the curry octopussy and avocado salad were marvelous

We had dinner there yesterday and I tried the pizza (didnt check the previous review about it when I ordered) and it turns out the chicken pizza was excellent, very good sauce and well cooked chicken full of flavors, I loved it. The dough looked more like a chapati bread but was very nice too, I recommend it!

Very unmotivated staff. Beans were from a can. The corn soup also from a can. We are vegetarian and love fresh produce not from a can. 👌

Cozy place in the prettiest and most welcoming part of Zanzibar. Leave the North Zanzibar to the old people, families and come here to soak up the real vibe of the island. Amazing personal always helpfull and hospitable!Fish food always fresh and perfectly made ... Just ask whats the catch of the dayBreakfast is made from fresh supplies related to season ... We have been here numerous times and it was good every single time. Enjoy!

I went there by accident on my first day.I found the place cool a very smiling staff and above all delicious dishes.I went back often for a coffee, a drink or dinner.Then it became home!I also asked them if there were any free rooms because they are b&b and there was 1 for the end of my stay.And the good surprise spacious room, neat cleaning, excellent wifi, nickel bathroom outdoor space to chill on the terrace and a good breakfast to start the day all that 2 minutes from the beach on foot.Asante sana to the owner Hamdani who welcomed us as friends and his staff who do everything to make sure everything goes well!

A good place. No more than 100 m to the beach. Great beach. Lovely rooms. Good bungalow. The second bungalow is being reconstructed. New bedding. Everything you need in the kitchen is available. Breakfast included. Deliciously cooked in a cafe on the ground floor. Nice staff. The owner is always in touch and answers all questions promptly!

Boredom is quiet and calm, only a local disco is half a night. Everything is done for living, a kitchen with a great set of dishes, only there are no products in the village (only long-playing sugar, salt, cereals, tea, some fruits, vegetables). There is nothing to do here alone, if not more than three nights ...

Nice establishment, brought everything quickly, especially by Zanzibar standards. Octopus is cosmic, better than ever eaten.
