Really nice restaurant with good food. Best Ive had so far in Iringa. Pork Chops and Beef Filet were flavorful and had good portion size. We loved the atmosphere and open courtyard space. We are excited to go back.

A hidden gem in Iringa. I loved this place the moment I got there. The ambiance is so calm and peaceful, great customer service and sweet playlist too! I loved their tiramisu and I simply could not get enough of it. I’ll definitely be back to try their famous pizzas and more from the dessert menu!

Nice courtyard setting, good pizzas and pastas and as a plus a reasonable choice of Italian wines.Also has several spotless and modern rooms on site. Quiet location.Not easy to find (no signs and along a dirt road) but not far from the center and worth the stop!

Definitely a 5/5 place! I give it a less point because of the location which felt like in the middle of nowhere and almost returned back thinking Google maps got through location wrong.Im glad we didnt. The food was amazing! I think the best Lasagne Ive eaten in Tanzania.

What a great find in Iringa! While you may feel that youre about to be murdered if you take a taxi here at night (its down a long dirt road surrounded by nothing), its worth the trip.I had a pasta dish as did my mom and both were excellently made. Mine was the tortellini with meat and a butter and sage sauce, and it was better than the tagliatelle w/mushrooms and sausage my mom got. However both dishes had UNBELIEVABLE pasta. It says homemade pasta and they arent kidding. It was like the just pressed it out and cooked it perfectly!They also had an impressive list of liquors, wines, and beer. The service was great and the ambiance was really nice with some wavy curtains opening up to a nice courtyard. With excellent Italian, lots of drinks, and a good ambiance... What more can you want?

Highly recommend this place! The staff is very attentive and kind, the food is amazing, the court is beautiful! Defenitely a gem in Iringa with the best pizza of Tanzania, but also the pastas, wine, breakfast were all very good. They have rooms for rent and you can camp in the garden with toilet, hot shower, wifi and drinking water. Dont miss this place if you are around!

I don know if its just the timing but it felt perfect for a date night, its cool and quite the waiters are amazing and lovely. And that pizza taste was amazing, hope its the same with other food served there

Excellent service and food. Not ideal for kids on rainy days. We were there with two small kids, they were very kind and friendly to our kids but there isnt really space for loud and active kids. We were there early and it was very empty, hence the tolerated us. The pizza was delicious, even cold the next morning.

A lot of Italian menus to choose from, i think this is the only place in Iringa where you can get pizzas. Dont expect much though.

Offered a range of Italian dishes with good service. The pizza oven created very authentic bases and meals that were hot and tasty. Lovely outdoor area for most meal too. Very nice

Can I speak truth for me? I felt a little bit disappointed! The food was normal. The waiters was like absent except for bringing the food and drinks. Although they were not busy at all I had to wait for my bill to pay. Saying all this it is of cause in comparison with other restaurants Ive been to before. Maybe I expected too much..

Five star restaurant with very good Italian food, though you would never guess from the very odd location that seemed very much out of the way, in an unexpected sector of Iringa. The rooms are very clean and spotless even if simply furnished. The staff and service is very, very good. The owner was wonderful and very pleasant. A definite must go to place if in Iringa which combines very decent accommodation and very excellent cuisine.

Mama Iringa is the best place to stay in Iringa, at least for me. The breakfast is the best in Iringa, by a long way, without a close second. The accommodation is comfortable, the food is good, Italian. The atmosphere is usually great, its quite easy to choose what works best for you, quiet enough to study, or welcoming enough to have a party. Beautiful place.

Absolutely great. Best pizza in Iringa. They have a pizza oven. Great atmospere, a big variety of wine. Good service. It is a bit far from the center bit that makes it a quiet place. Their outside eating area is areanged beautifully and they have a beautifull garden. I was really happy to try it

We went on two Boda Boda not knowing what to expect and after a long ride through mud roads we arrived at this place.We had no expectations but when entering the piazza it looked very promising with very nice ambience and design.The menu was perfect all that you would expect from a good restaurant in the country side of Italy (oh sorry wrong we are in Tanzania in the middle of beautiful mountains and sceneries...)All in all good food ambience service and a good Barola..... txs
