Financial processes follow a Field Financial Manual, which is based on Generally Acceptable Accounting Principles. The FFM provides the guidelines on grants management and expenditure. To ensure financial information integrity, track and monitor all financial transactions and this system is able to accommodate different donor requirements in real time. Financial records are audited annually by a team of auditors drawn from the country office and the reports are shared with the Government offices.The Department has employed technical professionals headed by Finance manager who has a major in Finance. The team works handy to ensure clean financial documentation.Procurement Capacity.Our Procurement processes reflect international best practices such as transparent and competitive tendering and bidding, strategic sourcing, elaborate procurement planning and a vendor database, stock management and inventory controls. A good NGO, with regard to the projects designed, it shows that it is nice organization that provide a comfort life to children.

I find this place pleasing cause its a place that gives hope yo children who have lost hope also its place where you can learn what humanity is like and everyone is worth living and deserves care
