**Must go** I dont usually write reviews but Fadhel was amazing he showed us volunterly the best of his village that he grew up in and asked for no money!! (We gave him very well deserved tips)He has so much knowledge of the area and the people of the village and can access the hidden life of Zanzibar explaining the history behind the culture, heritage and life today in his village

An incredible experience - to visit a real Zanzibar settlement, to see their way of life, to communicate with the residents ... Very nice people. The children were very happy to see tourists (for them it was the same adventure as for us). Afterwards, our guide Bobby took us to a giant baobab, caves with crystal clear clear water and to the ruins of a Portuguese fortress. It was very interesting and informative.Be sure to visit this place! From Nungwi it is easy to get to Dala-Dala. But do not forget that the settlement is Muslim, and women should cover their shoulders and knees when going there.
