Both needed small adjustments, which they made on the spot. Michael created a new design for me based on photos of dresses on their wall, and Ive also heard theyre great at copying other garments. I paid 10,000 TSH for the skirt and 15,000 for the blouse. Speaking Swahili or bringing a friend to translate is helpful.
