We found the members of the Dodoma Central Seventh-day Adventist Church to be friendly and welcoming. The pastor is an excellent speaker and delivered a powerful message on humility. We were invited to stay in the afternoon for lunch and an afternoon program. If you are looking for an English service you will have some difficulty since everything was in Kiswahili; however, they are likely to assign a translator to help. The membership has far exceeded the church buildings capacity. I estimate there were roughly 800 in attendance on the day we visited. You may find yourself seated under a tree or a tent outside due to the large attendance. They have an audio system for those seated outside. In spite of these issues we found the church to be very nice and would love to visit again.
