Somewhere good place where you can relax with your family and friends.

Poor customer care. You have to ask for sleeper, remote control for both TV & AC, etc. Generally they dont value their customers. A single bottle of water can take up to 10 minutes to be delivered

Nice place, the road to reach the hotel is kinda rough but its a short distance from tarmac but other than that is a good place generally

No running water. Poor service

Room is ok, but had to ask for water to be heated for shower. Also went to restaurant at 7pm and they didnt really have any food available. Was told would have to wait an hour for rice, when rice takes less than 20 minutes to cook. Also no mosquito net in room 333, we were eaten alive.

Too many unorganized room. Poor plumbing. You have to ask for common things like remote controllers, bed sheet, drinking water, hot water, toilet paper. Some windows are permanently closed, others are facing directly to bar lounge

City Climax Hotel is the best hotel..problems is WiFi.
