The building is aging with minimal maintenance. I was so disappointed to experience poor customer service from front desk to room service. They need to reduce overreliance on trainees in customer facing services or beef up supervision. Check out process was a hussle despite advance notes. Am still 😔

For hotel that charges half of million Tsh. Per night per room (I kindly declined special offer for single bed standard room for half of the above mentioned price), they should be able to provide a but of service too.I came at 07:05 h in the hotel and wanted to buy a coffee, by 10:10h, I departed with delegation that I was waiting for, without that coffee ever been served to me. The barman was still on his way to work... and no one else could serve coffee for the outside guests (as I was not resident of the Nashera hotel - and thanks God for it).

Nice hotel but I couldnt feel any management team in control.-No sense of ownership-No customer centric focus-Just to mention but a few.The hotel has a huge potential to be a 5star, but without a 5star team. Am afraid...

Its a decent place for ones to relax and eat delicious food

Hospitable staff, excellent services however, limited in menu (we wanted to order some sea food to our disappointment we couldnt have it). Recommended if you want a nice and quite place to dine and have conversation.

Its is overpriced due to monopoly of high-end hotels in Dodoma. It has a very inconvenient late check out policy of paying 25K per hour until 4pm, the its full day rate.

If you want to swim, you need to go with your own towels. When you ask for one, they provide it with hesitations assuming that the customers would leave with them.(customers are thieves now)The water is very dirty and they do not clean the pool at all.Their services are very disappointing.

Friendly staff esp Front Desk Team! They speak both Swahili and English. The hotel offers 52 rooms with different sizes, some with large a floor space. On-site u will find a restaurant and bar, and coffee shop. acces is by Elevator and stairs. This hotel welcomes all people with special access for disabled.Other amenities are swimming pool though at the time of my visit, it wasnt clean.

The Hotel is located in a cool place outside the Dodoma City where, the visitors can have fun time to relax, make other projects in absence of any disturbances like noise and car cracks sounds that may take away someones attention to do his or her duties while at the hotel. This is my first 1 star review of anything.I have stayed in this hotel before, and my experience wasnt the best, but this time around I booked and confirmed my booking 2 weeks prior to arrival, but still at arrival they had double booked my room. They did not even offer me transport to take me to another hotel. They kept me waiting at the Lobby for over 2 hours, saying they are working to sort out my problem.I stay at Nashera Morogoro all the time, its hard to understand that these 2 have the same management.Please try other hotels, you are very likely to be disappointed here. They are understaffed and the reception staff mostly are unprofessional and lack a work drive. The kitchen and restaurant staff are way more professional and kind.

Here for a workshop. They have a great serene environment with clean spacious facilities a gym and not forgetting they served delicious well prepared food. Was lucky I caught a glimpse of the dodoma sunset right from the entrance

-There was no hot water and the water pressure was low in the bathrooms- The power went of several times- the forgot to tell me that what I had ordered was not among the available dishes. And waited for me to call them 45 minutes later to ask if my food was ready.- the laundry prices.. 😕.If this is among the best of what dodoma can offer. Then were not there yet...The atmosphere is dead..

Toilet are bad, something wrong with plumbing system, staff are not attentive to details, they promise to fix or attend to query but nothing happened. No value for money... need to improve on service and infastracture

Though we made reservation in advance and did the payment, we arrived to an unattended table and very poor service. The food was not great as we expected

Under whelmed by my stay at nashera hotel. They didnt have towels in the rooms, it was so noisy we could barely sleep, we could hear everything that was happening outside our room,not to mention the strong smell that was in the room. The breakfast was terrible. I wouldnt recommend anyone to stay at this hotel

The place also looks good and is within town centre. The rooms are of very good size and looked nice. This hotel seems to have only recently opened and is somewhat overpriced for the area and type of service as they didnt have a sauna among the other services I could expect for the price they charging for the rooms

Good location but very poor maintanance of the rooms. A suite having phone and shower issues sometimes water issues is very frustrating.. tiles used on the bathroom floor are outdoor tiles type so the level of bathroom hygene is below a normal hotel standard. Breakfast buffet is miserable u hardly have anything fresh n appertizing to eat.

Seems like it just opened recently, however it has many issues that need resolving. From unlockable doors and windows, showers with drainage problems, non functional safes etc.The WiFi is only available in the reception area so one can forget about using internet in the rooms. With so many people having gadgets that need constant charging, two sockets allocated in the lounge are not enough.Foodwise, they got it right. Everything I ate was delicious!

Nice Hotel, good services, always my first choice in Dodoma. Theyve a Gym, Swimming Pools and great view. And of course you can have a great view of a local train travelling to lake zones (Kigoma and Mwanza)

Worst hotel in Dodoma.. the hotel finishing is a shame. Cleaning is the suicide in this hotel.. they dont even know how to clean the mop before they use it again. Towels stinks and the toilets are no way for human being.

Lousy service. The restaurant did not have any stock of soft drinks. We were told that the food we wanted was not available because the chef was not on duty. Nashera hotel never again.

Super Nice Room! Very clean with cold air-con. Reception was great. Andrew and Bernadeta made us feel immediatly welcome. Breakfast was a full buffet with crepes, sweet potatoes, hot dogs, baked beans, chicken stew, mixed vegetables, salad, dry cereal, fresh pinapple, watermelon, breads, milk, tea, coffee, and two types of fresh fruit juice. The parking area was lighted well and very secure. We had a great stay and recommend this hotel.

Bad customer care, we went there with family we stood up for over 3 mins waiting to be sat down, and when we requested menu for food and drinks we had to wait for more than 5 mins. I wont recommend. 👎

It has a good swimming pool.

We ended at this hotel by accident, because the others were full. I do funny enough not think, that was an accident.Firstly, The price for rooms at this hotel is out of dimension. A standard double room with a view at the train tracks cost the same as a deluxe double room in Dar es Salaam with sea view and half board. Therefore, we expected a lot naturally.However, we got a room where the internet connection could not reach the room. We went to the reception and ask for them to solve it. They did find an IT guy quite first, he tried for 1 hour and concluded, that he could not fix it. This was the end of this matter, it was unfixable. This is despite 80/90% of the hotel was available.In the room, only the basic facilities, no sense of details, some of the water facilities did not work, and there was no hot water.Here me clearly now, the hotel is not bad at all, however, they need to half their price or double their service and facilities. It is just out of balance.All in all, use another hotel until this is fixed.

Nashera hotel is a 2 star hotel in Dodoma located close NHC flats at Mederi West street. Nashera hotel is quite new in Dodoma . It has a total of 72 rooms but currently 35 rooms are underconstruction so only 37 are in use. There are 15 single rooms, 13 double rooms, 8 deluxe rooms and 1 executive. The hotel has 2 conference room of 200 ppl and 100 and a board room. There is also a swimming pool and a gymThe hotel has one restaurant and one bar. I recoment Nashera for a stay when in Dodoma
