This place is very very horrible, so many issues...1. Very poor customer care2. They do not listen to customer complaints3. Poor water services in the bathrooms4. No reliable hot water in bathrooms5. Lots of mosquitoesMy five days stay was like hell.

Nice place to rest after a hardday work

One of the poorest hotel i have ever seen in my entire life. Reception look is wonderful, Rooms are ok,toilets are in pathetic condition, no toilet seats etc,when it comes to breakfast, our other friends could not even get a cup of tea.Eggs are not available,no any fresh juices served.

I think they listened to the past complaints and are actively working to improve. The only downside is the location being a bit far from the city center, otherwise I enjoyed my time over there.
