This conventional centre is owned by ccm, a political party (currently th ruling party) in tanzania. In dodoma where also the headquaters of the party is. The centre would accomodate any convention, meetings or shows with up to 8000 people. Its location is reachable and has enough space for parking. Most of the rime the party would use this place for its meetings like annual meetings national executive council meetings, voting and many others. The place can also hold business shows since it has enough space. It was established in 2015 and the 1st meeting was the one that nominated president magufuli as the party repesentative in presidatial elections that were held in 2015
