Very accurate directions from google. The service provided is of high level. I like how they have digitalized their ticket issuing services. You will never encounter same seat double ticketing issues as it is for most buses in Tanzania.

Always Abc is my bus ..I like it and I adore it..in terms of service and everything, except entertainment (tv)..Try to put more movies, comedies from different comedians like mkojani and tiny white,joti etc.(the current one).

Excellent customer care services at bus station, journey all the way and at terminal. Staff are well equipped with knowledge and skills on customer care. Drivers are driving very nice and enjoyed. Im not happy with the service because last time I went for ticket booking they gave me a number to call for booking, but when I called they did not respond. So I was disappointed because I felt like they lied to me.
