Shabiby is one of my all-time top three bus companies in Tanzania. The services offered and fares are very affordable. The buses going to Dar, Tunduma and Moshi are readily available almost everyday. But there are minor errors and seat-updating issues in their online booking system.

It was very comfortable and heartwarming, i felt relaxed with the service that they provided

I have been travelling with this bus for more than 10 years now. I have experienced alot. It’s a great bus.I only have a suggestion on the online booking session, please try to be more specific about the bus stop names and the depature time. For example; at Dodoma they should write exactly that the bus stop is at “Shabiby line” and the time for depature is 10:15am for the bus that leaves at 10:30am inorder to complete the route at Nanenane bus stand and not to just write Dodoma stand depature time 10:30am. It shows no specification which dodoma stand are you exactly refering to and it clearly doesn’t show that the bus will be leaving earlier than the time specified on the bus.All in all i will always love to travel with Shabiby line buses it’s one of the best buses in Tanzania. And 100% safe to reach your destination.I hope you’ll get to consider my suggestion. Thank you.

Shabiby office was very awkward, I have never seen such kind of inhuman customer care and mistreatment. I think hubris is the problem.

Perfect buses for Luxury buses seats are well placed ,the opportunity to stretch up your legs and even place back packs is very comfortable, but for the semi luxuries ,No the seats are evenly so closed you cant stretch up the legs ,you cant place up our back packs ,you reach home safely but with swollen legs which are very painful and you cant step up on floor as u feel like there are no legs yet...please do think of the situation for semi luxuries especially the one leaving from Dodoma at 1:30pm.Thank you for the hospitality and safe driving back home.

I believe this is the best bus service for Dar - Dom and vice versa. Excellent customer service, easy Online booking service through their app! Had the best experience especially with the top class buses, very clean and great on board service. One problem I have though is with the pit stop in Morogoro, that place’s a mess and food there’s way overpriced for the quality they provide. I’m sure Shabiby could do better.

Its better place for booking bus. But the agents are disturbing passengers by hiding tickets either in system or physically.I would like to advice the shabiby himself to make inspection for his agents

Shabiby needs to move out of the Ubungo Terminal! It is very convenient to alight at their terminal in Dodoma! Get your bags, sit down, hail a Bolt taxi if new in town!
