It was yesterday on 2nd February around 21:00 i went to one of your bakerys which is in town near Bima. I was so disappointed when one of you employees treated me so badly and talked to me in a very bad language. I left asking myself is this how a customer should be treated? It was so disappointing! I donot usually write this but yesterdays situation and how i was treated made me write to you. She has a very poor customer care. Talk to her and make her change.Please take this into consideration!
