The attendant at the reception/front office is not welcoming, she is rude. She couldnt provide simple clarification over a phone call and her tone was very upsetting. Lela and fingerprint personnel are extremely helpful.

We attended the Interview in Dar es Salaam as a Family of 3 on 1st March 2022 and were guided and attended very professionally. I encourage TLScontact to keep up the good work and courteous handling of Customers.

CAUTION!!!1. Avoid using their assisted service, they will not upload all your documents. Because they’re LAZY!2. Do not be scared of them, they pretend to be from the UK Immigration. However they are just appointed agents in Tanzania we call them Wakalas. The staffs are very rude, but they are not part of any decision makings!

Extremely rude staff they act as if they’re the UK Visa officers when in reality they’re agents to just receive documents. Moreover, AVOID USING THEIR ASSISTED SERVICES, they will ruin your visa application, instead just upload your documents yourself. They’ve done it to a lot of people I know. Extremely horrible people and inhumane in all ways!!!

Very rude people working in there and are so full of attitude for no good reasons! TLS are just commercial partners for the UK Immigration and not the immigration people.

I am a student studying in turkey i was planning on going for a visit to the uk and had paid for fast track which i should recieved my passport within 7 working days but has been more than 21 working days which i have complained about alot but they gave no response and it has cost me two tickets.

Very discourteous and abusive people working in this office! They lack customer service. Only 1 staff from all was nice, his name was Jailan!

Do not use the assisted option when applying for your UK VISA.The staff discriminate you and are very in polite and rude.
