Best bus station in Africa. Alot of office space and parking lots. Can accommodate more than 5000 people at one time. 5 stars because its clean and systematic. There is also a polyclinic, who would have imagined this. Am flattered.

Good building structures, friendly environment for merchants. There have been some improvement in terms of transport intp the city by bringing DART services to the terminal, its a good move by the Government. Improving facilities such as waiting lounges will be very helpful.

I commend the governments efforts at improving the lives of the millions of Tanzanians who this station will benefit. However management needs to put in the time as and continue making improvements. At the moment theres a serious lack of signs to tell people wheres what.

Spacious bus station with buses to different cities across many african countries.

The area accommodates all the buses from every part of the country. Various facilities are available at the area such as polyclinic thats Kairuki polyclinic. The area has good sanitation as compared to the previous Ubungo bus station with good organization starting from the bus to the rental rooms. Also the place has restroom nearby making it easy and safe when arriving at late hours, the place actually deserves a five star.

Its located in Mbezi one of the Biggest bus Terminal found in Dar-es-salaam. Different types of business and money services are available..different kind of transport to your destination are found here...it has got the beautiful scenery and compound...Its an attractive Bus Terminal...Come and see for your self.

Still under construction. I think once the construction if full completed it will be among the best Bus Stands in East and Central Africa.To my view, there is a need to deploy professional cleaners who can take care of the whole stand.I also dont see the logic as to why people who are paying entrance fee (Tzs 300) to still pay for Toilet fees. You just ask yourself as to why you should pay twice....it doesnt connect.Another troubling issue is, why should authorities press that buses should offload all passengers at the bus terminal? I dont see an logic in this.Periodic maintenance of the bus terminal should be the number one priority but security issues should also be highly considered.There is a need for a government dispensary to be established for all emergency cases.Finally, lets make sure that the overhead bridge is completed on time before accidents occurs

Its excellent. Cleaner, has lounge halls and quality food services found inside. No international cuisine though. Washroom are well maintained.

Nice and spacious terminal but super busy during peak time. More control is needed to help travelers to easily enter the terminal.

It was designed well but it is a little far from most of the districts hence arriving here is a little bit problematic especially for people living in Temeke, Kigamboni, Mbagala etc

The stand is new and offers enough and well-organized space. No way around local transport shouting their offers as you step off the bus...

Actually the place is located far frm town areas and is not yet well organized its like things are not yet settled well bcoz its a new Dar es salaam bus stand for buses which come frm diffrent regions.for a visitor its difficult to catch up for now

The middle men are scammers and they are very annoying, they sometimes do it in front of the authority and the authority doesnt do anything. They harrass passengers especially new ones and if you dont talk to them they insult you.
