Many false promises when booking: a one-hour flight scheduled for a landing directly in the park, in the end we find ourselves making a journey of more than 6 hours by car. We advance part of the costs for the reservation the day before, the same day, more than 400km away, Jackson orders his driver to stop us in the middle of nowhere so that we can finalize the transaction even though we were not not yet arrived, to end up in a motel more than 20 minutes from the park instead of the Mikumi Resort as he told us before. His driver Seif, during the transfer is extremely nervous because tired he tells us. He wants to leave us on the way so that we can continue by taxi because he had to return to Stone Town knowing that everything had been paid for beforehand. And if you book with know that contrary to what he will tell you, you will never see him. Lots of lies for poor performance. I strongly advise against it.
