This is my 4th adventurous trip with Rickshaw Travels. Every trip Bhavin packaged has exceeded our expectations. Bhavin worked very diligently with us on putting up a plan for summitting Kilimanjaro in 2020. Due to travel restrictions our plan was moved to June 2021. Today 14 december I was very pleased to visit the headquarters of the Rickshaw Travels LTD. I was warmĺy received by the the top manager, Mr. Andrea, a skilful and talented person. I HIGHLY appreciated the respectful treatment that was reserved to me and was impressed by the quality of the service and the high profile of the personnel. I was served in very short time and what struck me much was the readiness and availability of all the staff members to cooperate and assist and provide the requested information . In brief, I left Rickshaw with a very positive impression and fully satisfied.

We had an amazing experience with this company on a 5 day safari covering Serengeti, Ngorongoro, Manyara and Chemka hot springs. We travelled from the 22nd to the 26th of October (2019) with a very friendly and knowledgeable tour guide, Mr Robbie. The company and guide ensure that you are taken care of like family. I highly recommend them for a premium experience.

Rickshaw recently organized our tour to Uganda, Tanzania and Zanzibar. Our accommodations and transfers were all excellent, and the choice of resort in Zanzibar was exceptional.
