Staff is cordial & Good service.Funny thing is there is guest WiFi but when asked the staff, no one tells the password. Reason given was people will kee on sitting nearby as of access can’t be done time bound. They expect you to download the apps by buying small bundles so that you can buy big bundles in the app 😃😃

Located at Victoria, along side Bagamoyo road, the building is good, with some other offices, however you have to deal with parking issues, their services are good, queue yes, but cant complain about it,its a big Company with a lot of customers, enjoyed the services.

Some of the customer care service people (mainly the females) are so rude and impatient. I had an issue that I had one lady lie about and claim it was my fault and another who was so hostile (NEEMA) . I just hope this changes cause you kinda need your customers and it doesnt hurt to just be polite to people.

Its the closest official vodacom store in the area so it might be your only option. I was coming from Kawe and so this was it. However, it always takes an eternity waiting to get anything done here as it is always overcrowded even in the middle of the afternoon. They should open a branch in the north of the city. Staff are nice though.

Is a Corporate Telecom Company, the staff are smart and welcoming and the network bothing on voicing and data is good they cover a wide area with good network. I love their internet and voice packages they have a package my favourite so far REDRLX that gives you discounts in restaurabts, supermarkets, saloons etc
