Its a great place to shop for all your home and grocery needs. I guess the only neg critic I have is that they need better lighting, spaced aisles and air conditioning. It was quite hot in there.

Horrendous customer service. If I could give them a 0 star rating, I would. While waiting in line, the attendant stopped serving me and was attending to the boss. I had waited sufficiently and rather than serve me, she felt the boss was more important. When I inquired why she did that, she told me I am the one who was being inconsiderate.As a Tanzanian, who lives abroad and comes to Dar once in a while, I would never step in there again. They have the worst customer service and you would be better served in other supermarkets like Virjees in town.

All types of items available in this place but the arrangement of items in the shop is not in order, items are placed in a mixed manner so it takes some time to find our needed items there and also the employees are not very helpfull.

Good place buy your basics. Conveniently located in town, close to Kisutu market. So you can shop for vegetables and groceries within the same vicinity. Shreejis have a good selection of stock compared with other supermarkets. But more of their items are from India

The super market is well stocked. However, the customer service is not good. Staff and seniors in charge joke in front of customers and pay less attention to customers. For example, my dry items were put in my wet item. And when I raised concern, the attendant did not like and the expat seniors did not even try to enquire what was happening. Customer service is very important yo keep your customers coming back l.

Where we can get all Indian groceries here... Its nice place and bit high prices but okay... They have branches ....
