Great shopping center. Very large, with great selection of home goods, food products, produce, and meats. One of the few places I found fresh fish on a regular basis. Good prices too! The staff was super helpful and always offered to help me out.

Good service. But we need more counters because some days people waste alot time standing in a line to the counter........ if this will be done shoppers plaza masaki will be the best supermarket in town..... even it is the best but it will be more better

My experience wasnt good. There were hardly any ground staff to help and assist in product finding. The staff are not at all helpful compared to their other branch in Masaki.

I consider them one of the best supermarket in town. there have a lot of things for different groups or ethnics. the customer service is also good. plus if your a regular, ask for your royalty card.

Great place to shop with affordable prices

Its a pretty comprehensive supermarket that carries a lot of western goods that are hard to find in Dar, like bacon and pork chops . It seems to have a lot of British brands as well. Its the type of place you can buy a TV, some vegetables, and shampoo at. The hidden gem is the cafe in the back, ask about the goat sandwich and you wont be disappointed.

One of the best super market at Dar-es-Salaam..

In spite of its scruffy appearance and uninspiring location on a very busy Avenue, Shoppers supermarket is surprisingly well stocked with all sorts of fresh and frozen products . From fish to chicken, wide variety of vegetables , fruit and dairy, as well as spices and baking supplies. There is a good range of appliances, kitchen and tableware. Staff is pleasant and efficient once they understand what you want. Do not hesitate to di e in and explore.

Conveniently located in Masaki. The supermarket has a good variety of local and imported items with good customer service from the staff. Not the biggest supermarket around or the largest variety, but does the job. The bakery has good fresh breads & other snacks and is a very normal price point, but some of the most popular items go fast and they are slow to restock. The ice cream shop has been a nice addition and I often stop in on my way out. The baby store has a nice variety but prices are quite expensive. Easy parking and good hours.

Its a nice place specially almost all the items are available here. Fresh fish and its bakery has the good taste. A little bit far from my home but still i prefer to visit here bcos of the large range of items availability.

Nice place for shopping Good Indian food .

Shoppers with its different outlets offers a variety of commodities for domestic household shopping. Its well rocked for a one stop shopping with dry rations, frozen and fresh foods, vegetables and fruits, kitchen ware, domestic appliances, drinks, to mention a few. Remember to apply for a Shoppers loyalty card for your bonus points if youre going to be a regular shopper.

I am disgusted that your shop has decided to make people wear face masks without notifying us first .i was refused entry and told i would have to go and buy a mask from somewhere else, it would have been acceptable if i was supplied with a mask from you free of charge, i would have purchased one from you if necessary

Prices on shelf are not always consistent with prices on receipt. Always carefully crosscheck and if it varies then its your right to ask them to sell at price declared on shelf since that is a contractual value between yourself and the supplier. There always an outlet supervisor to apologize but it has now become habitual hence be alert. Otherwise its a good place to shop with competitive prices

Affordable prizes compared to other places for shopping. You can find varieties of thing food to clothing, phones and accessories. The team is friendly so you can ask where to find what you want and they direct you.When it rains youll enjoy it even more they escort you from the car to and from with umbrellas so you dont get wet. The only problem here is parking mostly full you know why because its a nice place to shop when in Masaki. Remember to buy me an ice cream vanilla flavor when in Shoppers.Kisses and Loves.

Gets crowded in the evenings and has inconsistent restock etc azam ice cream goes missing for days or walkers cookies for weeks. But staff are very helpful.

Large produce section, bakery/deli, lots of variety. Staff is friendly. The shops just outside the main store are great. The people in the pharmacy and Fairy Delights are great, and the products are good. It is a regular stop on my list when I am staying in Masaki. Check out the discount area near the checkouts for discounted items. I often get to try something new from what I find there. They sometimes carry the excellent Kibidula organic avocados (will have the sticker). Ive only seen them once, but I didnt pass up the opportunity to buy one. I dont live in the area, but come a few times a year. YUM!

A local 4 star supermarket which offers different goods at an affordable prices. In this you can have different nice stuffs like sweet drinks, hot drinks, liquor, coffee, fruits plus other goods

One of the better stocked supermarkets in the area, however it has no (inaccessible) toilet facilities and customer care is weak e.g. butchery staff dont know their cuts and lots of managers just hovering around one desk.

Well stocked with a balance of local and imported products from groceries to household products and appliances. Ideal for the grocery/household item shopper. They have a weak stock of appliances and electronic items - if looking for these, Game Store @ Mlimani City Mall or Kariakoo is your best bet

Nice and big supermarket with range of different products one may need, in these building you always find bakeries like fairy delights, dry cleaners offices, coffee cafe, pharmacy, ice cream parlor and also subway therefore you can visit the supermarket and have lunch at the same place, to be candid this is good place

This is a nice supermarket with a variety of US/Euro items, but the real gem is the cafe in the back, on the second level, overlooking the store. What a fun place to have a bite to eat and people watch!

Parking is a issue at this Shoppers. It is also smaller than Mikocheni Shoppers. Also as with all shoppers, make sure to check the bill before you leave. The quite often mess up by wrong prices of items

You can shop variety products made by Tanzanians as well as those imported from different countries. Their prices are affordable and they provide membership services with gives a lot of extra benefits

For credit card payments you have to leave the till and your goods to go pay at customer care + store manager counter.Very inconvenient.All indian staff is either management or performs supervisory duties while local african staff is employed as low level labour which seems racist to me.Some of the foreign staff cant understand/speak English.

Better priced than Village Superkmarkets, but they still need to check the prices on their imported foodstuffs. Theyll have a rough time adjusting to competition once Carrefour rolls into town.

Any supermarket selling imported stuff is very expensive and its no diffrent here, however the quality and variety is really good. Staff is helpful... Careful outside, there has been a lot of bag snatching there, however I have heard that its under control.

Diverse shopping experience

The Shoppers plaza shopping franchise have really kept their standards since Ive come 1994. The Masaki branch isnt short of that too, you can practically get all the house hold Groceries, toiletries and small house hold electronics.

Large supermarket with good selection of products. Inside is cafeteria with overview of the whole shopping area. Payment with credit cards possible. Good parking.

You can get all sorts of domestic groceries, appliances and fresh bakes too. You can sip on a conversation with family after shopping at cafe joint upstairs too!

Has a wide variety of good quality items, unfortunately there is inconsistency in supply, some items can be out of stock for weeks to months before being restocked.

Lovely, friendly and helpful people, well stocked supermarket, with cafe upstairs and bakery near entrance as well ice cream.
