Mall is virtually empty, supermarket, cinema and cafés have closed down, escalators are off and toilets overflowing. Place is in a very sorry state, very few people around. Subway and Fairy Delights are open for food, a few banks, a bookstore and a gaming arcade are still operating.

I like this mall, its rather quiet but has lots of stores including bookstores, a supermarket, furniture shop, a movie theater, clothes stores, a Tanzania culture center. Ample parking space

The Shoppingcenter Mall is empty, No single Shop left. The building itself is in a very bad condition.

Its a place with a super market where you can get your groceries, has help desks and shops for for cellular network services providers such as vodacom,ttcl,tigo and smile. Theres a subway restaurant and an indoor games centre for kids. ATM services for almost all banks in Tanzania are available and there is an operating CRDB bank branch. There is a hospital called TMJ too inside the building.

Quite a good centre for a supermrket a cinema bowling cnetre and fun arcades and some retail shopping.

The power supply is erratic, cooling system is very poor. Not a good place to hold an event

The mall has some shops left which are barely running.They have an average Cinema theater which isnt bad by any means. Great budget friendly option.They have some dining options too.They have some games such as paintball, ice-skating, bowling, etc.

Good mall for shopping and entertainment.The super market is really a plus point so also is the multiplex. There is also a gaming zone and shoppin options too. All in all perfect for a family outing. They must add a good restaurant though.

With a ice skating facility, arcade for children, good cinemas, restaurants and lots of good shopping outlets this is can be a good holiday getaway. Plan to watch a good movie, arrive early for the skating and arcade. Grab a bite at the subway or the food court, or any other restaurant there. Watch your movie. later go for window shopping which can take a good 1 to 2 hours.

Many diffrent kinds of stores are in the same building. I like to go there to hang out with my friends because this place has every thing that is needed for young people. Amusement arcade - snack - movie - dinner is the best course Id like to recommand to people who want to visit here.

Off city centre Mall with lots of business undertakings. Not congested with people, enough parking space, quick services. Along Airport highway, 6 km from the CBD

This mall has a lot of great qualities and some drawbacks. The Eye Emporium is a great asset to this mall. My wife stopped in to see if she could get her contact prescription filled. She came in they checked her prescription from her glasses found her contact strength, advised her of all the best options. She got her contacts has an order for more and it only took 10 minutes. The American Superstore is where we purchased our refrigerator. I forgot the receipt but the lady at the store remembered me and we had no problem. The drawbacks in this mall are the food court and the adventure zone. Not at all worth going.

If youre bored and are looking for a one stop place where you can, ice skate, go-karting, play games, haunted house & bawling; this is the place for you. They also have lovely stores and a cinema. And oh! Whilst here, do give the mint and choco-chip gelato a whirl.

A huge mall woth almost everything. There are banks, more than four banks, supermakets, cinema halls, children palces, shops and everything. It is located along nyerere road, easily accessible and enough huge parking for everyone. There are a number of nice restaurants and places you can stop for sometime while you advance to the airport

Pity for such a well located facility with reasonably good and well stocked shops. I was there recently and found toilet walls falling apart and sinks broken while the overall bathroom cleanliness awful. This is of concern given that these bathrooms are next to restaurants especially on the first floor eatery place. the restaurant where we ate on the first floor, had no hand washing soap for customers. The sink for hand washing was so dirty that I felt like throwing up when I saw it - had I seen it before eating I would have skipped my meal. one guy who was washing there coughed and spit right on the sink - yak. I would not eat in any restaurants in the building - too risky.

A mall that in recent times has seen alot of changes. There is a mall, an arcade which has indoor paintball arena and ice ring. There is a food court and a number of bank branches. On the ground floor is a huge supermarket and a hall that is available for hire for private functions. Plenty of parking is available which is a plus point. The so called American Supermarket was close to empty and the foodcourt upstairs was a waste of money.The entertainment section was very ok. Pool tables,paintballing,bumper cars,bowling (was under repair) as well as many places for kids to have fun.

Theres some really great restaurants here like subway here. Theres a vast gaming arcade that has lots of fun places like house of horror, bowling, ice skating and theres a cinema to enjoy a good movie as well

This place is good but requires maintenance

Great variety of shops, business and services. The buffee on the top floor is superb. It is a well architected mall. Prices are affordable for the middle class. Note that parking is paid for but there is plenty of space

It is very nice place with different varieties of food availability, cinema to watch movies and if you want to purchase anything you have option of supermall and other shops. Also you have a bank and ATM for different banks available here.

I likebitbhere, enough space for parking with guaranteed security for your property outside andbinside the Mall. Games play Station was good for my little Nephew as he enjoyed it indeed. It is a quite place, someone can count for privqcy matters amd relaxation too.

70 % stores are closed, no maintainance. Kids playzone is available but not sure whether its working or not.

If you are on the way from airport then its a great place to drop in. All in one roof kind of option including hospital ,medical treatment,entertainment, lifestyle, household items , varieties and excellent place for kids of all ages.

Most shops empty and building dilapidated. We thought it was closed down. Guards and staff sleeping. Ice skating rink isn’t ice its plastic. Can’t recommend. Won’t be back.

Nice Mall with lots of choices for shops. Even has a prayer room available! Its usually cool inside too, a great break from the Dar heat.

Some of the occupants include an arcade, eateries, a movie theatre, gym, American supermarket, clothing stores, jewellery stores, toy stores and mobile phone and accessory outlets. Banks include crdb , bancabc and equity. Quite a few unoccupied stalls.

Spent my entire afternoon in this elegant building though many shops have closed business, but having bite at one of the cafeterias inside was awose.

A fun place to go with Family and friends, especially kids. Game corner, food stall corners and a cinema theatre as well as best brand clothes shops and a supermarket.

This was supposed to be the retail project to provide an alternative to Mlimani City but its location along the most traffic congested highways is terrible. The quality of build and tenant mix is very disappointing too whilst lack of sufficient and smooth parking makes it cumbersome to most shoppers. The project is a dud. The bankruptcy filling and legal entanglements of Uchumi Supermarket means the mall only relies on the movie cinema as its anchor tenant for footfall draw.

A shopping mall needs to be full day experience for family and friends. Shop at American Supermarket, buy branded watches at Fahim Ayaz, Ski at Funspot, Try the indian cuisine at Sammys, catch up latest flick at Suncrest Cineplex. The Festival Mall 😊
