Attended the annual International Day festivities at FK International School today and we had a blast. I love that the school shares a great appreciation for all the various nationalities that make up the school community. My sons grade 4 class was representing Germany so there he was in red and black complete with gold shoes! As for the curriculum, the school follows the Cambridge syllabus and the primary campus (which my son attends) goes up to Grade 6. They have a football pitch and pool onsite and they do have boarding facilities onsite for both primary girls and boys whose parents may be interested. There is a matron/patron respectively for the girls and boys boarding houses and they not only chaperone the boarders but help out with homework and in operating the kitchen facilities. All in all its a good school that has a seemingly prospective future with the current expansion plans (for the new football pitch and secondary school) and the rates/ fees are similar to other International schools in Dar es Salaam.
Fk is among the best International schools and rapidly growing in Tanzania
