Very poor services, every other day I need to call a technician to fix my dstv dish and pay them money, a total waste of money and time.If only we had some other options.

Nice office, has charming workers. It is well decorated with multchoice colours (blue, red, white and etc.It has huge parking for customers and workers. Also the place is highly secured.

Trying to watch the cricket world cup but sound keeps going off and picture freezing every few minutes, terrible service for a lot of money. This is just not good enough, reinvest in better technology or lose my subscription. Shocking service for the money you charge.

I actually think this company has a very weird business model. they sell packages that are full of irrelevant stuff. cartoon, cartoon, churches, adverts from Ghana & nigeria about glo etc. that is compact. no value for money, total cheating.

My visit to Tanzania multichoice DSTV was benfitful. I highly appreciated the quality of the service as well as the warm welcome that was reserved to me. This encouraged me to a large extent to subscribe to DSTV . It is really great and fantastic.

The worst service one can imagine! Very very incompetent people. Did not know a company like Multichoice/Dstv could be so amateuristic...pfff...
